Rubber Bushings

Rubber bushes during its working condition have to face high amount of friction abrasion and heat, it also comes in contact with oxygen of water and other toxic and nontoxic material of water and sand.
Material: nitrile rubber and specialized re-enforcement fillers are used for making good quality of rubber bush to withstand in all critical condition.
Molding condition: the rubber bushes are molded in fully automatic state of art rubber injection molding machine.
Finishing: internal grinding which is also known as internal diameter of rubber bush is carried out on fully automatic cnc internal grinding machine, which is known for its high accuracy from the start to end of its operation and in the same manner the outside diameter grinding is carried out, to ensure the concentricity between i.d and o.d. Good performance of rubber bush depends on high quality of rubber compound and precise quality of grinding, both internally and externally. Consistency of rubber quality & dimensional accuracy is fundamental requirements for a pump manufacturer to get the better performance and output.
