Belt Width: 500 mm to 1600 mm Belt Length: 50 to 200 meters in a single Roll Length CARCASS CONSTRUCTION
We can offer consumer oriented tailor made Dipped Synthetic Reinforced fabric based on NYLON NYLON (NN) or POLYESTER NYLON (EP) or COTTON with Cover Thickness from 1mm to 20mm depending on the belt specifications.
Higher Tensile Strength and Good Abrasion Resistance to withstand higher wear rate which helps to carry highly abrasive and sharp materials. The special silica based Synthetic Rubber Formulation ensures a very good cut growth resistance to the cover.
Low Elongation is our in house availability of fabric combined state of the art post tension device helps us to restrict the elongation to the required minimum.
Good Impact Resistance, though it is highly recommended to use a BREAKER Ply where the impact of falling material is high, our special weaving techniques employed for fabrics ensure a very good impact Resistance for the belt.
Moisture Resistance special compounds applied to the edges of the CUT EDGE belts ensures that moisture does not affect the belts in any severe climatic conditions.
Higher Adhesion, dipping of the Fabric in Rubber solution before processing which is our specialty, ensuring a higher level of adhesion enhancing the life of the belt by many miles.
