Rubber extrusions

UP&R extrudes a variety of polymers and produces a wide array of parts that are used in a number of different industries. Our extrusions meet ASTM, SAE, and Mil specs, depending the particular application and part. We manufacture parts out of common polymers EPDM, Polyisoprene, SBR, Neoprene, and Nitrile. We also manufacture extrusions from Silicone and other high temperature materials.
UP&R, with its in-house tool shop, can develop tooling to produce any extrusion that can fit our equipment and capabilities. Details of those capabilities are listed below. We can provide finished parts cut to length or provide reels of extruded stock, depending on the customer’s request.
UP&R produces sponge extrusions from various polymers. These are used as insulation, gaskets, seals, and other applications.
