O-Rings are torus-shaped (i.e. doughnut-shaped) objects made from elastomeric compounds such as natural or synthetic rubber, and are used to seal mechanical parts against fluid movement (air or liquid). O Rings form a critical seal between two adjoining components, and a high degree of precision is required, combined with the correct polymer and hardness. O Rings are widely used in various areas for sealing purpose to stop leakage. They may be used in static as well as dynamic conditions. Some of the critical applications are viz. Cylinder-liner rings for diesel engines and sealing systems in aircraft engines. Available in Hardness range 30-95° Shore A. Heat range 75°C continuous and 105°C intermittent Low temp resistance of - 60°C

Based on the applications where solvent or oil resistance is required or exposure to sunlight is present, we can suggest a suitable grade or rubber to be used in manufacturing the O Rings.
