Characteristics
1,the roller is made of alloy chilled iron. The characters of hardness and wear resistance is better than the general roller. Inner cavity is hollow with spraying so the temperature of the surface of rollers is even.
2.roller bearing is nylon or ball bearing. Dry oil or light oil for lubrication.
3.the structure of roller transmission is worm gear and worm screw structure.
4.emergency device is equipped for safety operation.
5.rubber flip device can be provide. When need the device, customers should put forward when ordering.
6.overall chassis is adopted for convenient installation.
automation realize
an extra device can be added to flip rubber replacing manure cut, fold and flip rubber sheet, which can reduce labor strength and improve productivity.
This machine can pick, pour out and stack rubber sheet replacing labor. Rubber sheet or rubber material dropped behind of the roller will be conveyed to the roller again and the device can sway automatically along with falling. The machine can realize automatic rubber sheet picking, conveying and swaying. Automatic cutting is optional.
Three or four machines can combine to a working system. When parameters are set, only one people are needed. Operation are rely to the computer parameters, which makes the supervision of mixed ingrendients.
