1. A rubber inner lining of natural/synthetic/ blend rubber compound, free from porosity, air blisters, or any other visible defects.
2. A reinforcement of one or more layers of natural/synthetic fiber or combination thereof; applied by a suitable technique.

• Spiral wire (Galvanized Steel Wire).

1. Abrasion resistant, outer rubber cover corrugated or smooth.

TYPE-2:

1. Semi-embedded internal wire.
2. A rubber inner lining.
3. A reinforcement of one or more layers of natural or synthetic fiber or combination thereof, applied by a suitable technique.
4. Abrasion resistant outer rubber cover-corrugated or smooth.
5. An external wire armoring applied in the Corrugation.

End Connections Each hose length has soft ends for clamping or can be supplied with built in nipple and flanges on request. The hoses can be made according to the users specifications.
