the product is an innovative product and has been developed by our r & d through continuous research and application. The products consist of an assembly of three parts namely,
1] measuring pipette
2] plastic caps
3] rubber teats
the product drawing is attached herewith:
1] measuring pipette: it is made up of virgin polystyrene raw material and is graduated to measure 0.25ml, 0.5ml & 1ml on one side of the pipette and 0.3ml, 0.6ml & 1ml on the other side of the pipette.
2] cap: cap is made of virgin in polypropylene and is available in two sizes namely 22mm & 25mm and has standard threading. The caps can be produced in any colour or shade as per client’s requirement.
3] rubber teats: our teats are replacement for the natural vulcanized rubber teats. Our teats are made of thermoplastics elastomers’s (tpe).
tpe are unique blends of styrenic tri-block copolymer rubber and thermoplastics resins formulated to yield a broad array of hardness, texture, and physical properties. Tpe’s high elasticity and tensile strength make it ideal for applications requiring rubber-like characteristics. Versatile formulations allow processing either by injection molding, extrusion or blow molding.
