SafeMite – Anti-Termite Admixture for Cement, Soil & Wood

SafeMite is a chloride-free, multi-purpose anti-termite admixture developed by Safe Techno India. It’s designed to protect cement-based structures, soil foundations, and solid wood from termite infestation—while also enhancing strength, waterproofing, and durability.

🔍 Key Features:

• 🧱 Cement Admixture: Acts as a setting retarder and strength enhancer. Ideal for RCC, plaster, masonry, and PCC.
• 🌱 Soil Treatment: Used for pre-construction soil saturation to prevent termite entry from the ground.
• 🪵 Wood Protection: Applied directly to solid wood (doors, windows, furniture) to resist termite damage.
• 💧 Waterproofing Agent: Improves water resistance in concrete and mortar.
• 🌿 Eco-Safe: Non-toxic, non-flammable, and safe for workers and the environment.

🧪 Application & Dosage:

• Cement Use:
• 200 ml per 50 kg cement bag for general use
• 400 ml per 50 kg cement bag for basements and high-risk areas
• Soil Treatment:
• Saturate site with 0.5% SafeMite solution (200 L per 1000 sq. ft.)
• Old Structures:
• Use 10% solution for pressure grouting to eliminate deep termite colonies
• Wood Surfaces:

• Apply 1 coat of pure SafeMite solution for long-lasting protection
