Insulated Safe Track DSL Busbar Conductor System (Bolted Joint type with 4 bolts) is designed in accordance to International Regulations for multitide of Power Supply Applications.

Bolted type Insulated Safetrack 2 DSL Bus bar Conductor System for electrification of EOT Crane, Electric Hoists, Straight / Curved Monorails, Conveyors, Amusement Drives, Electric Trolleys, Transfer Cars, Automated Storage Systems, Material Handling Systems etc. Bolted type Shrouded DSL Safe track 2 Busbar Conductor System can be installed in most atmospheres such as dusty, humid, chemical / acidic etc.

Compact Safetrack 2 Shrouded Conductor System Bolted type is supplied with Galvanised Steel (G.I) Conductor or Copper (Cu) Conductor or Aluminium (Al) Conductor with S.S. (Stainless Steel) Strip for straight or curved sections (Minimum Radius: 400mm). They can be mounted in Horizontal or Vertical configuration. The Conductor Bars are 4.5 meters long and to be supported at every one meter. The design allows Uni pole / Multi pole mounting arrangement. The Conductors can be mounted side by side. The Conductors conform to IP21. These conductors are compact, insulated and easy to install. V Contact design ensures positive contact. The Conductors are colour coded RYGB.
