The training program include hazardous materials handling, confined space & inert entry breathing apparatus, high pressure jetting, rigging, equipment operation, vacuuming, hydraulic torque and tensioning, standby man, fire watch, Permit receiving and gas tests / analysis etc. Most of our staff hold trades identify cards for various types of activities like safety Engineers, Field Safety Representative, Inert Technician, Driver, Jetter, Equipment Operator, Welder and Fitter etc. Safety plans and analysis SHC has derived its own safety plan and procedure to support different activities in the field and so carryout the work utmost safe. The purpose of this safety plan is to set the general requirements and expectations for conducting the activities in a manner that assure safety and health of all employees and protect the environment and equipments. These safety plans are applicable to the complete assignment proposed to SHC during the entire duration of work. Our main objectives are Manage all the assignment safety and successfully, Zero recordable injuries, Zero fires and overall safe execution of the jobs. The crew is fully trained to conduct gas test & analysis. SHC has acquired most modern gas monitoring device which include multi gas analyzers, multi gas meters and personal gas monitoring unit etc. to conduct the gas tests measurements during the job to ensure high degree of safety & quality. The crew is trained to use the access & rescue devices properly and undergo frequent in-house awareness programs to tackle any emergency / rescue requirement during the job. The catalyst handling team is fully trained to use safety access & rescue devices / system which include fall arrestors fall arrestors with retractable winch, tripod, rope access system, rescue stretchers, rope ladders and emergency resuscitators etc.
