SAKUTECH BP is specially developed mixture of organic & inorganic compounds for Brasso/Burn out effects on cellulose, modified cellulose & blended fabric like cotton, viscose, rayon, linen, PV & PC fabric. It is compatible with our Brasso Gum SAKUTECH BG specially developed for brasso printing.

Sakutech properties

SAKUTECH BP is mixture of organic and inorganic dehydrating agents which causes dehydration of cellulose and modified cellulosic content of fabric on heating above 130 degree C non hazardous substance having excellent solubility in water at room temprature and compatible with thickeners like TKP & Guar Gum. On baking the print with SAKUTECH BP it burns the cellulosic part of the fabric which can be easily elimenated on washing bleaching & soaping with hot water leaving behind localized sharp burnout effects on the printed area.

Process

PAM Dry 100 to 130°C --- Bake 135 to 150°C for 5 minutes Cold wash---.Hot wash with peroxide 0.5% + Soda 1%+ Soap 0.5% ---Boil for 10 minutes in winch or in open width soper Hydro extract water ---Dry
