Salt Spray Test Chamber

Innovative Salt Spray Test Chamber has been designed strictly as per the relevant standard to assess the ability of rust proofed components to withstand corrosion due to atmosphere conditions. It is Double Walled. (Stainless Steel 316 inside and Outside also Stainless Steel) with glasswool insulation.
Salt Spray Test chamber can also be fabricated out of thick acrylic sheet, Salt solution is kept at the bottom of the test chamber, Overhead tank one side of the test chamber and is provided with a valve to maintain constant water level in the tank, Air atomizer is used to create salt fog conditions in the chamber, Air pressure is maintained at 0.2 to 0.8Kgcm2 to achieve desired density of fog in the test area
