• Sambhar Powder

  Ingredients :
  Coriander , Cumin, Chilli, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cassia Leaves, Cinnamonl, mustard, Fennel, Gram Dal, Arhar dal, Tamarind, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida, Edible Salt etc..

  Recipe :

  Soak 100 grams Arhar dal for half an hour, boil it with pieces of Drumstick, Brinjal, Pumpkin and 200 grams Onion. Add 2.5 teaspoon of thick Tamarind Juice, Chilli Powder and salt as desired. Now add 1.5 teaspoon “Swadist Sambhar Powder” and boil for 10 minutes. Serve hot for better taste.
