The ecm 12 series gas cooler is manufactured to perform gas analysis to decrease the dew point of humid gas and avoid the process of condensation in the analyzing units.accurate measurements of gases require gas samples with stable dew points even under harsh ambient conditions.the stable and reduced gas dew point inhibits water vapor,hence improve measuring precision and extend the service life of the whole equipment.
The ecm models provide a compressor-type cooling system connected to a cooling block. The cooling block evenly dissipates the heat thus supporting the highly efficient working procedure of heat ex-changers.in the non-stop process of the compressor,the automatic thermostat system achieves the automatic constant temperature of the heat ex-changers.
The whole cooling system is 100% cfc free and requires no maintenance services.it is capable of self temperature-evaluation,keeping constant temperature, making sure the stability of the outlet sample gas dew point and ruled out the temperature fluctuations caused by the traditional condenser switch mode. The cooling block accommodates either a single stream or a dual stream heat ex-changers based on the actual demand.the condensate can be removed by peristaltic pumps.
