Sample Gas Probe

Sp223 sampling device, is a self heating and implementation of the temperature control of the sampling device. The device is suitable for continuous collection of exhaust gas samples after combustion process. Typical using for power plant flue, cement production process, such as dust, high water sample gas collection
under the action of the air pump,the measured gas samples into the device cavity by the sampling tube of insertion of the flue wall,flow into the sample gas output port through the dust filter.
In the process,the temperature of the samples gas is always in a high state(the thermostat maximum temperature control set point of 200 degrees),so that the water in the sample gas can not be condensed,thus improve the working conditions of the filter obviously,the setting of the temperature controller in the device depends on the dew point value of the water vapor in the sample gas,to ensure that no condensation occurs during this process,the setting temperature should be 20~30 degree higher than the dew point.
