1. Describtion of VSI5X Sand Making Machine
VSI5X series of Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is widely used in various metallic and nonmetallic ores, cement, corhart, abrasive material, glass, construction material, machine-made sand, metallurgy, etc. It is also applicable to crush various stones with different hardness in medium and fine crushing area, such as iron ore, non ferrous metal, emery, bauxite, quartz sand, basalt, etc.

3. Operation principle of sand making machine (vertical shaft impact crusher):
Simply speaking, the operation principle of vertical shaft impact crusher is "stone strikes stone", that is, materials enter the impeller cavity, which is turning at high speed, at the top. With centrifugal force, the materials will impact other materials that fall around the impeller. Then, after interact striking, materials will impact on material layer between the impeller and scaleboard for many times and will be rubbed and crushed. Then they will be discharged at the bottom.
