Sand Two Roll Mills

Sand Two Roll Mills for mixing and dispersing chemical additives into highly viscous materials. The mill consists of two parallel rolls mounted in a heavy frame with provision for accurately regulating the pressure & distance between the rolls. The rolls can be independently heated or cooled. The material passing between the rolls is returned to the feed point by the rotation of the rolls. The material is fed between the rolls until the desired consistency is obtained.
