Types of dana sandwich panels :-
1. On basis of insulation : pu polyurethane foam (b2b3), polyisocyanurate (pir ), rockwool and mineral wool
2. On basis of profile:
corrugated profiles :-->dcp 35200 , dcp 45150 , dcp 45250 : profile height can be 35- 45 mm , standard covering width is 1000 mm , profile sheet thickness is from 0.4mm -0.9mm
flat profiles --> dfp : dana flat panels are made from micro-ribbed top & bottom sheet in thickness varying from 0.30mm - 0.90mm.they are used for partitioning application and also cold room application.cold room sandwich panels are manufactured with or without camlocks depending on customer requirement.
3.on basis of finish required : top corruated sheet is pre painted finish in aluminum ( ppal ) , pre painted finish in gi (ppgi) , pre painted finish in alu-zinc( ppgl) or mill finish is also available. For bottom liner – all above and aluminum foil backed craft paper ( af ) is also available.
