Sanitary Ball Valves

Sanitary valves are specifically designed for applications that require clean and sterile processing. These valves are most commonly used in food, pharmaceutical, medical, dairy, chemical applications that require easy cleaning. Sanitary valves often feature polished contact surfaces, and are crevice free so materials do not remain in the valves or fittings. Sanitary valves come in a number of different types which include; globe valves, air relief, check valves, and butterfly valves. The butterfly valve is a quick opening valve that consists of a metal disc with a circular design. They are very popular since they are often used for throttling and make for excellent control valves.
