(White Cement Based Putty)

Santex Acrylic wall Putty is a white cement based putty which is manufactured by using some of the products which are being imported from other countries. Before packing, the raw-material and manufactured good is tested at every level.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Prepare the surface by removing all the loosely adhesive material/dirt/old residual paints for the wall with emery paper, putty blade or wire brush.
Then moisten the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water.
Add approx. 350 ml. - 400 ml. clean water in 1 Kg. of putty.
Mix with wooden peg/hand/trowel for 10- 15 minutes till a homogeneous paste is formed.
Apply with putty knife/blade. Keep an interval of at least 4 hours between first and second coat.
After 2nd coat giving an interval of atleast 24 hours, the surface should be rubbed with 320 number or more than that water proof emery paper & then gently with cotton cloth. The surface is now ready for painting.
The total thickness of both the coats should be limited to 1.5 mm.
