Santexcem is a premium quality ISI Cement Paint which is manufactured as per the standards of IS:5410:1992 by using White cement, Pigments, Titanium Dioxide and Chemicals etc. Its formulation pertains to easy mixing., longer pot life with smooth brushability and extra durability and longer life of point. It gives a protective coating to the surface against moisture, salinity and organic growth.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

• Clean the surface thoroughly with wire/coir brush.
• Before applying the SANTEXCEM the surface should be wetted well with wate.
• Apply first coat on damp surface using good quality brush.
• Allow the surface to dry for 8 to 10 hours and then cure the surface with water.
• Similarly apply second coat as before the next day.
• After the application of second coat, cure the painted surface with water as directed sbove.
• Normally just two coats of SANTEXCEM are sufficient.
