Sapphire

In high Alumina ceramic materials, like synthetic sapphire and ruby, we also offer micro-mechanized parts. Thanks to their mono-crystalline composition, these materials offer important qualities of hardness and wear resistance. They can be consistently produced with an extreme level of precision. Additionally, they have excellent performance characteristics in hostile environments where high friction, humidity, chemical aggressiveness and extreme temperatures might be a concern.
The wide range of applications include : mechanical parts, pumps, spray and dispersion nozzles for water, gas, glue and other chemicals. They can also be used as seals, valve seats, thermic isolation, gas burners, bearings, and countless mechanical, medical, and aerospace applications.
