Saral Shuddhi Churna is very effective for chronic constipation, indigestion, acidity and gastritis. It contains herbs like Suvarna patri, Himej (Baal Harde), Isabgol, Ajwain etc. It is said that many physiological problems can arise due to permanent constipation. These can be pimples, hair fall, dandruff, heaviness in body, laziness, chest burning, regurgitation, restlessness, hyper acidity, skin problems, Gas, frequent farting etc. To avoid these arising due to constipation use Saral Shuddhi Churna at least once a week.

Dose :

• For the pateints With chronic constipation history – 4 tablets twice with luke warm water.
• For the pateints With modeerate constipation history- 2 tablets twice with luke warm water.
• For the pateints With normal or once in a while constipation -1 to 4 tablet before going to bed with water.
