How to Prepare : Wash your hands before preparing Baby's feed use only clean utensils pour necessary quantity of Satwik rice to mix required quantity of water. Stire till it become thick paste . Boil the mixture for few seconds until the pap is smooth. Feed your baby with a clean spoon. Use prepared feed with in an hour.
Instructions :

• For better result mix a pinch of ghee to the mixture before serving it to baby or Child
• Infant food shall be introduced only after 6 months of age.
• Above 3 years give semi solids to children in the evening daily will improves child's health.
• From 6 months onwards, in addition to milk & cereal feeds, it is also appropriate to give your child other foods like vegetables, fruits etc. on the advice of your pediatrician.
