Scaffolding Pipe Punching Machine

An automatic inner prop (pipe) punching machine is used to make holes in inner prop pipe. Machines is designed to make all sizes of props with variable PCD as well as a number of holes. Machines run with hydraulic, pneumatic and servo systems to make the final product. Machine slide runs on allen guideways with the help of rack and pinion system which is operated with a servo system.
Production of the machine is 1 pcs in 1 minute. The power required to run the machine is 12 HP. It gives smooth and accurate results of inner prop pipe and it works on both ISO and ISI pipes. One can able to change pipe wall thickness and punch diameter by changing the mandrel and punch.(From-
