By implementing innovative ideas Phoenix has introduced alternate materials for specific application.

Brazed carbide tip cutting edge on high speed steel body for cotton coarser yarn, Acrelic yarn, polyester and polyester blended yarn process.High speed steel blades with TIN (Titanium Nitride PVD) coating.  Titanium Nitride coating will prevent the cutters from rust formation and scissors are doesn't required lubrications.

Phoenix has developed MURATA 21C Doffer cutters in High speed steel material and Brazed carbide tip.

Phoenix is importing ceramic cutter fine blanks and edge sharpening at their factory.
