Specification

• Delivery of caps will be automatically through cap delivery chute
• No manual operation for collecting the bottle from filling machine
• Running bottle takes the cap from chute & feed warm feed the bottle from conveyor to first star wheel then it gives the bottle to the center star wheel of the main turret
• The caps will have a pick and place attachment, where the caps will be picked up by the capping head, and through cam mechanism sealing head goes down-wards with cap and tightens the cap, then sealing die goes up ward and directly places on the bottleneck
• Duly capped bottle is transferred to exit star wheel
• Then on the conveyor and taken to the collecting table for further packing
