Screw Conveyor

1. Description
screw conveyor is bulk material handling equipment, it provides enclosed transfer while moving materials horizontally or at an angle,it can deliver materials from one or more inlet points to one or more discharge points. Screw conveyors can be operated with the flow of material inclined upward. When space allows, this is a very economical method of elevating and conveying. As the angle of inclination increases, the capacity of a given unit rapidly decreases.
2. Application
the screw conveyor are suitable for continuously conveying loose materials such as powder, granular and small piece material , which includes: clay powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain, small piece of coal , cobble, and cast iron filings, etc.
While it is not applicable for materials with high viscosity and easy to be curdled.
