principle of operation:
materials that are powder granular in nature can be conveyed in a remarkable short time. In addition to conveying, mild mixing also takes place. Designed in such a manner that the flights of the screw convey the material from one end to the other.
rugged construction:
fabricated out of heavy steel, or any specified material of construction. Design aspects planned for maximum efficiency in leak proof construction. It has fabricated ‘u’ trough having well aligned and balanced shaft that carries screw flights over it. The shaft is supported on bearing housings & gunmetal hanger bearings. The conveyor is with built in drive arrangement gearbox as specified and supporting legs. The structure can be designed in such a manner so as to give a degree to the conveyor – this is done when the material is to be conveyed to a certain height.
