Sea Salt

We are offering sea salt. Sea salt is formed from the natural evaporation of ocean water, generally in man-made pools near a protected shoreline. It is 98% sodium chloride the remaining 2% can include trace minerals such as iron, magnesium, sulfur, or iodine. Sea salt is salt produced from the evaporation of seawater. It is used in cooking and cosmetics. It is also called bay salt or solar salt. like mineral salt, production of sea salt has been dated toprehistoric times. Some cooks believe it tastes better than salt from mines. However, there is little or no health benefit to using sea salt over other forms of sodium chloride salts.
