Seal Pressure Test Plug

Just insert test plug into a 2 inch bung opening and pull cam handle down. Replaceable soft neoprene seal is expanded against the bung threads, effectively seals up to 100 psi.

Drum Plug Connectors are used for testing large industrial drums and other shallow openings. Insert the connector straight into a pipe tapped opening. Push the seal flange face against the face of the opening, then actuate the cam handle 90° to the locked position, affecting a positive seal. The black seal should fit snuggly into the opening to the point where it cannot be pulled out. Adjust the tension of the seal by turning the handle clockwise. Do not over tighten, the sealing is created by the flange of the seal being drawn against the outer face of the opening. Maximum pressure for a standard pipe tapped opening is 100 PSI (6.8 BAR) and 50 psi. For a smooth bore.
