    These Sealed Keyboard Panels are comprise of a Snap Dome Switch and a Glass Epoxy PCB, which is used as a base and for the circuit. A layer of Polyester covers and seals this assembly using Industrial Grade Adhesives made by manufacturers like 3M, Avery Dennison, etc. These type of sealed keyboards panels can be offered in any size and shape and are made as per customer's specifications and requirements.

    Technology :

    These Sealed Keyboard Panels are comprise of a snap dome switch and a gold plated glass epoxy PCB for base and circuit. Snap Dome Switches (Special SS Alloys) are mounted and sealed on a gold plated PCB to conduct the signals in the keyboard circuit. The switch contacts can be terminated on any type of solderable connector which can be then interfaced with the controller. This entire assembly is then covered by a polyester overlay using industrial grade adhesives.

    Sealed Keyboard Panels using Snap Dome Switches and PCB are used in harsh environments or in applications where the failure is just not acceptable. The Keyboard designs can be made as per customers' requirements – size, shape, number of switches, as well as using any type of colour shades for the keys as well as the backgrounds. The switch / LED areas can be embossed to give a professional look to the panel. These sealed keyboard panels can also accommodate LEDs of various colours and shapes. Any solderable type of connector like Berg strips, FRC, Relimate, D Type etc. can be provided.
