MASCOT ULTRA SEARCH GRAVITY FEED METAL DETECTION SYSTEM is designed to inspect any free flowing bulk powder or granular materials. Any free flowing materials may be passed through the vertical drop system. The unit fits into an existing pipeline or beneath a feed hopper and the product fall by gravity. The metal free product passed straight through the mechanism and diverts the ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel contamination from the main flow.

v      INSTALLATION / ADVANTAGES :
Typical places of installation for free-fall separators are in a fall-pipe, at belt transfer position, below a cyclone or feed hopper, or before bagging machine.

v      REJECT MECHANISM :
High Speed reject valve diverts ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel contamination from the main flow. The reject valve is made of S.S. 304 and is electrically / pneumatically operated.
