1. Technical description
hd-20b man portable drilling rig was designed in 2012 and adopted international advantaged technology. Strict testing has been passed in the worst terrain and mountain areas. It can be used in hill, plain, forest, gobi, the seasonal farmland for petroleum prospecting. All of operation handles and indicators were installed on operation platform. The rig was installed with safety, caution and environmental protection symbols, and it meets with the requirement of hse. The rig is a kind of high efficiency and applied equipment for petroleum seismic crew.
The rig includes two sections: the first section is the main-rig section in which the rotating and pull-down of the drill tools is realized by hydraulic system powerd by an engine driving a hydraulic pump via a coupling. The second section is air compressor which powerd by an engine via a belt. the compressed air driven the down-hole hammer , and as the well washing medium. The rig totally needs two engines as the power.
