Self Aligning Rollers

For the conveyor belt to run straight, it is essential that the complete loading conditions are properly adjusted time to time so as to correct any tendency of the belt to run off center. The empty returning belt should adjust well and should neatly contact the rollers. For the belt to run smoothly, all pulleys and idlers must be at right angles to the conveyor center line.   To avoid any interruptions in the ongoing continuous working cycle arising due to this, a simple installation of the self aligning rollers is needed.
