Bionova® BT10 Biological Indicator is specifically designed for monitoring Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilization processes. If the sterilization process has not been successful, the indicator medium will turn to yellow after incubation @ 37 ± 2 °C, thus indicating the presence of living Bacillus atrophaeus spores. If the sterilization process has been successful, the indicator medium will remain the original color after incubation. The final readout should be performed after 48 hours of incubation @ 37 ± 2 °C.
