Description
SELF-EMULSIFYING SILICONE ANTIFOAM RJ-3037-60, the main ingredient of which is modified polysiloxane. The product is especially developed for the use under the conditions of a wide range of temperatures, a wide PH range and is highly stable in harsh conditions such as mechanical shear.

Recommended Usage
Typical dose rates vary from 50 to 500ppm(500ppm = 0.5 litres of product per 1000 litres of foaming media). The optimum dose is determined by trial before use.
Dilute the product with 1- to 5-fold of 20~35°C water(or foam liquid). For best results, the product should be added at a point of good agitation to ensure uniform distribution. If so, it will improve effectiveness and be more economical.
If the storage period exceeds 3 months, stir the product slowly until uniform, and defoaming performance will not be affected.
Package
To be packed in plastic barrel of 25KG, 50KG or other package on request.
Product quality, Storage and Handling
1.After first opening the product, be sure to seal tightly and store in a cool dark place. The product should be stored at temperatures between 5~40°C.
2.High temperature and freezing should be avoided during transportation and storage.
3.The product retains sufficient quality for a period of 6 months after manufacture.
4.Transported as non-hazardous chemicals.
