Fire Retardant Single Component, Self Expanding PU Foam  

Soudafoam FR is a single-component, self-expanding, ready to use polyurethane foam which has a fire rating of up to 120 minutes in certain configurations according EN 1366-4.

Applications:  

• • Installation of fireproof doors and windows.
• • Fire and smoke retardant sealant between walls, floors and ceilings.
• • Sealing of all openings in roof constructions.
• • Apply of a sound absorbing layer.

Characteristics:  

• • Fire resistant up to 4 hours.
• • Sealant for preventing the passage of smoke and gas.
• • Does not contain Good adhesion on all surfaces (except PE, PP and PTFE).
• • High insulation value, thermal and acoustic.
• • Very good bonding properties.
• • Excellent stability (no shrinkage or post expansion).
