Self Leveling Underlayment Cement

SLU (Self Leveling Underlayment) Product Description:

"MYMIX - SLU (Self Leveling Cement based Underlayment)" is a blend of specially selected cements, graded aggregates, synthetic polymers and workability aids. It is supplied as a dry powder requiring only, the addition of water to produce a smooth free flowing and self leveling smoothing coat, which can be laid to a feather edge. When thickness greater than 10mm is required, washed concrete sand can be added in equal proportions (if sand is added the product becomes trowellable and is no longer self leveling).

• For leveling out uneven RCC floor surfaces prior to covering with floor finishes. e.g. tiles, carpeting, linoleum, rubber and other sheet flooring

• Clean Application Area from dust & grease
• Pour 4.5 to 5.5 litre water in a bucket
• Add 25 kg product in the Bucket
• Mix thoroughly preferably with mechanical stirrer or manually
• Do not mix more material that can be laid in 10 minutes
• Ensure that next mix is ready to pour without any interval
• Pre‐wet application area, avoid direct sunlight
• Pour the prepared mix on to the substrate with trowel
• Do not attempt to float the setting surface
• If mix stiffens before it has been spread it must be discarded
• Wait for 24 hours before use

• 25 kg bag and Project packing of 40 kg bag is available on demand

• Factory sealed bags are best before 12 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened condition stored in dry area.
