Specifications of Engine control panel Panel is fabricated with M.S. sheet with powder coated paint finish. 1. 1 Pilot lamps to indicate Battery connected. 2. 1 Pilot lamp to indicate generator On. 3. 1 pilot lamp for load on. 4. 1 push button to start the generator. 5. 1 push button to stop the generator. 6. 1 Digital Engine control unit to display voltage, amp., frequency rpm, engine run time and battery voltage when the generator is running condition with all engine safety features like LLOP fault trip, High water temperature trip, Low fuel level trip, and all alternator safety features like under and over voltage trip, under and over RPM trip, under and over frequency trip, over current trip and engine service due tripping. 7. 1. connection strip 4 way to connect the input and output of generator supply 8. 1 connection strip 3 way to connect the engine safety inputs for LLOP, HWt and LFL 9. 1 MCB for short circuit trip. Auto start and auto stop features are also available in the panel if required. The details for the same is as under: 1. Auto start diesel generator on mains failure after a delay time of 5 seconds. 2. Four more starting impulses if the engine does not start in one attempt after a delay time of each 10 second. 3. Automatic lock out if generator fails to start. 4. One auto/manual switch provided on panel to change the working status. 5. Display of voltage, frequency, current and RPM. When the generator is in running condition. 6. Under and over voltage tripping. 7. Under and over frequency tripping. 8. Under and over RPM tripping. 9. Over current tripping. 10. During the resumption of main supply generator stops automatically with a delay time of 30 seconds.
