Semi Auto Cap Sealing Machine

Container / Bottle has to be placed manually below the rotating head with the cap. The motor drives the machine & thus rotating head performs the sealing function on the cap. Bottle guide are provided for precisely match for centering of the container / bottle below the rotating head, for proper sealing of the container/ bottle. Depending upon different height of bottle, height adjustment bolt is provided.

• Based on type of Cap to Seal, the Semi Automatic Sealing Machine classified into 3 Types namely:
  • Semi Automatic ROPP Cap Sealing Machine: Sealing of the ROPP Cap takes place with the help of Sealing & Threading Roller.
  • Semi Automatic PP Cap Sealing Machine: Sealing of PP Cap takes place with the help of Sealing Roller.
  • Semi Automatic Screw Cap Sealing Machine: Sealing of Screw Cap takes place with the help of Screw Cap Die.
