Automatic capsule loader is used in combination with manually operated capsule filling machine. Capsules are loaded in loading tray in cap up - body down position automatically. Instead of filling loading tray manually in filling machine) designed to serve the need of medium and large scale pharmaceutical companies. It is easy to operate & maintenance free.
our clients can avail from us capsule loaders that are the fill hopper with empty capsules. These are offered with place hand-filler loading tray with guide on the sliding base plate & switch on the machine. Moreover, these help the capsules automatically get nested in the tray, cap up and body down. Time taken in the process of loading 300 capsules in 300-hole tray is 28 seconds. Further, the interchangeable parts can be supplied for all capsule sizes: 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 capsules.
