We are offering semi automatic punching machine,
the machine is operated on touch screen friendly human-machine, servo system as punching motivity to get high speed and high efficiency. High sensitivity optical fiber sensor support two sets of stepping system to achieve length-ways searching location, also can get the two-direction positioning of x, y in the same surface. The punching precision will not be affected by
the dimension of the material, to make the position precision less than ±0.1mm. “each punching location” can ensure the punching precision.
Feature：
1. High sensitivity optical fiber sensor support the imported servo feeding system, the position parameter of the punching spot can be adjusted, with high precision.
2. Adopt imported ball screw-lead stepping to feeding, high precision and long using life.
3. Adopt servo motor as punching motivity, with low noise and stable motivity, the punching speed can be adjusted, the effect will be much better if punch the cards with different thickness.
4. Controlled by plc and running automatically, the machine will alarm and halt if case of errors, also provide solutions to solve the errors.
5. With two working mode: location card and blank card, punching mode is flexible and practical.
