The Semi-Automatic Tabletop Sticker Labelling Machine consists of the main structure, product holding roller, Label wrapping unit, label dispensing system, foot-operated switch, mains ON/OFF, sensor & motor. this multi-purpose Tabletop Sticker Labelling Machine Can Be Utilized to Label Aluminum, Glass, Plastic, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET, and TIN Containers, or Bottles.

Operations

First of all the operator fixes the label roll on the label roll holding disc & is guided by the guide rolls.
The operator places the product manually on the specially designed roller stand.
As soon as the pressing system is operated, the wrapping rollers on the products, hold & keep the product rotated.
Simultaneously, the label is dispensed from the dispenser unit on the product.
The wrapping roller presses the label uniformly & the product is then taken out manually.
