Operations

Once the operator switch on the machine first process is to suck material from the storage tank to the nozzle end. This facility is also useful for cleaning the filling line before the process of filling and after the process of filling. Place the bottle on the bottle/nozzle holding device manually. For that operator needs to adjust the height of the nozzle and diameter of the bottle manually for different requirements of filling. The machine is operated using a Footswitch, which starts the filling without any delay time. The bottles are filled based on parameters such as time, speed and delay time. Once the bottle is filled as per the desired volume the machine stops automatically. After completion of the filling process, the operator can remove the bottles manually.
