SEVOLT VACUUM OIL is a high-end lubricant designed to lubricate vacuum pumps. It is made from a blend of premium white oil with low volatility properties. High thermal stability and low vapour pressure (1 x 10-6 mm of Hg at 200C) are characteristics of gold vacuum oil. Due to its high level of chemical stability, SEVOLT VACUUM OIL is able to withstand oxidation and the sludge and deposits that follow. This is a crucial feature in any situation where continuous service is required. By doing this, the oil can prolong its service life by maintaining its original characteristics, such as viscosity and demulsibility. Water vapor tends to condense in pumps, oil separators, and reservoirs and is a frequent pollutant in vacuum systems. SEVOLT VACUUME OIL separates from water easily due to its good demulsibility. This facilitates the removal of water and stops it from returning to metal surfaces, where it could lead to corrosion and rust.
