Shanklin, Model F-5AH, horizontal flow thru shrink wrapper. Rated from 0 to 90 linear feet per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Package size range: 3" to 48" in Length; ½" to 16" in Width; 18" to 6" in Height. Equipped with a 144" long lugged product in feed conveyor currentley set on 15" centers with 2" high x 1½" wide lugs, 15" wide x 24" long transfer conveyor, (2) 5½" wide x 32" long discharge conveyor, 25" pre folded side film unwind, 9" long side seal and 18" wide hot wire end seal. Control panel has an AB PLC controller, touch screen display, push button start stop cycle E-stop, variable dials for side seal heat, end seal heat and main drive.
