Shatavari plant

Shatavari plant is an herbal plant, which is commonly known as “Satavar”, “Satamuli” and “Asparagus”. Scientifically known as “Asparagus racemosus”, this plant belongs from family of “Asparagaceae”. This is a perennial plant and it is mostly used in ayurvedic medicine. This plant is used in medicinal plant; its leaves, roots and flowers are mostly used in medicinal purpose. This plant is used for treatment of mostly female problem like female sexual problem, old women problem and it helps to increase flowing of breast milk. It also helps to treatment of headache, gastric ulcer problem and coughing problem etc. This plant is used for make hair tonic and this plant also use as food.
