At Amber we have a very sophisticated sheet metal production facility with the latest automated design capabilities for tooling, a press shop with the latest technology and a trained, committed workforce. We have about 200 presses ranging from 50 tons to 500 tons that are capable of producing an infinite range and number of components. The tools are customized according to client drawings and specifications and our tooling room has been established at a centralized location at Rajpura in Punjab. Fully Automatic Powder Coating and Liquid coating facility installed at 5 different location in the group.

We usually work with carbon steel, galvanized or pre coated steel and aluminum of all alloys, high carbon and high tensile steels, and stainless steel. Our sheet metal components are produced with strict quality processes and monitored at every stage of production. Being an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, quality control and process regulation is of paramount importance to us.
