Sheet Metal Fabrications

Our sheet metal shop is involved in all major aspects of metal fabrication. The shop produces such items as aircraft air ducting, specialty boxes, battery boxes, brackets, cabinets, catches, clamps, clips, corners, gaskets, handles, special hinges, levers, shims and non-standard washers.
Avis welding facilities include heliarc, wire and spot welding. We specialize in beautiful hard-to-do aluminum weldments. Rubber and plastic parts are also supplied by Avis. Though not molded in house, we do machine in our shop the tooling, usually a major cost of short to midterm productions, in house. Turn key services are provided, from raw material through fabrication to required mil spec finishes and federal packing specifications.
